Completely Customisable Access and Control Systems
tGard is the medium duty range of configurable safety interlocking switches (with/without guard locking) and standalone control stations from Fortress Safety that come with a competitive price point.
As you'd expect from Fortress Safety, all tGard units boast a metal-bodied construction making them tougher than plastic alternatives. More impressively, all configurations are seriously compact with a 40mm width and only 2 or 4 through-holes for simpler installation on aluminium profiles, flat surfaces, guard doors, and even back of panels without the need for mounting plates.
Designed, tested and third-party certified for use up to PLd/Cat. 3 or SIL 2, you can deploy tGard safety interlocking devices in a variety of automation applications.
